"HAPPY NEW YEAR"

Do we have some amazing plans for the New Year? How about resolutions? Yeah, me either. I will be watching the ball drop on TV. So exciting, not! Well, I do have a card to share with you. I used an Aurora Wings image called "The Gift". I thought it was appropriate for the Holiday so I created some coral with snow and glitter. Does it fit the season? I didn't want to use traditional Christmas colors either. I just got this pretty Ombre Paper Stack that I really wanted to use so cool colors it is, lol. There is actually tons of glitter on my card but my light bulb is dimming out so, I can't get a good pic.

I have a layout to share with you. This is my oldest daughter Monique and my grand baby Izzabella. This picture was taken 4 years ago. I went with a vintage style project to go with the photo and I like the way it turned out. Do I say that a lot? Lol! Just a hint of mist and lots of Gesso. Here is a card I made for the Through The Purple Haze Challenge. I thought this was such an adorable Snowman. He was really easy to color up. I did do a simple layout but, I think it turned out alright. The die cut is Winterflake Corner Die from Poppy Stamps. The flowers are from I am Roses and I added a bit of Snow Marker. I also used Copics To color him up. The Paper is from Martha Stewart.

It's been such a long weekend not meaning productive, lol. Long and boring. Home Home Home! I'm always home! I did some online shopping and stopped at a couple shops and only bought a few things. I wasn't in the mood. I have been so tired lately and I seem to have lost my Mojo. If you find it can you please return it? I'm going nuts with out it, lol.

I was really hoping to find some really good deals and the best sale was at Loves Rubber Stamps! I know Cyber Monday is coming up and I hope to find some new sprays on sale then, hahaha! So what did you find? A lot of people were looking for electronics and I didn't think about looking for a new computer, ugh! I could really use one. This thing is sooo slowww....

How's is going? Are we ready for Turkey Time? I am not, lol. I have been in quit a bit of pain. I bought the turkey and no fixings. My back is not letting me do much no matter how hard I try. I'm sure I'd be fine if I could get some real rest but, with all the kiddos home I don't think that's ever going to happen.

I did manage to get a Thank You card made for you using a Wee Stamps image. I think this one is just to precious and her name is so fitting. I just adore her pretty hair and her adorable birdie. I hope to see you joining the challenge!

Altered Kerr Jar with Loves

Hello Friends!

How is it going? I'm just a bit tired from the long weekend and I'm ready to sleep a whole day, lol. I haven't been out much so when I do go out, I wear myself out. Not a good thing. I really need more daylight. I am so pale and my eyes are getting so dark.

I will be entering the Aurora Wings Challenge

So what are your plans for the upcoming Holiday? I am hoping for some peace and quite and a belly full of ham. I just don't want to be the one to fix it this year,lol. I don't think I'm going to get out of it though :( I would really like to take a trip to Texas but, it doesn't look like that will be happening. Who knows. Well on to this weeks challenge. Fall Days Headed Our Way

Welcome Back Friends!

It's week 3 since our short break and I am so excited to be here with all of you! I wanted to create something fitting for the season and I think I got it! I played with this beauty from the Elizabeth Bell collection and my Copics, which are drying out. I really need to restock Pronto, lol.

I punched the leaves using a dollar punch from Michael's and inked them using HS & TA mists. What do you think? I hope you'll Hop along with us this week.
