Hello My Friends

Wow, it is New Year's Eve and I am just finishing my card! I had to get ready for a night out. It's been such a long time. So long that I will probably change my outfit one last time before I leave, lol!

Well My Friends, here is my card. I tried so hard to stay with the thyme and it was a good one this week. Mostly White. I only colored her hair a diferent color and used silver stickles on everything.

I am so vary excited to be back and Crafting once again;) Nothing makes me happier, than to pull out my stash and hook it up, lol! I hadn't seen this little cutie in a while so, I dressed her in Christmas wear and made a key chain with her. Its a Candy Cane, Marshmallows, Hot Cocoa and C.C. Key Chain.

I really hope the kids like them as much as I do.

I'm Back!!

Hey There All, I have finally finished all my unpacking! I had the hardest time organizing my tiny Craft space, Uuurrgg....
I am just exstatic about having my Internet back up and running. I went with ATT and i swear it was a nightmare! It took two weeks and countless hours to finally get it installed. So, now I can get back to my crafting.
I would like to sa Thank You to Christa Mulder, for keeping in touch and keeping me motivated. I shall get started on a project right away;)

I have been crafting my days away! I packed up all my belongings, then decided I couldn't live without my craft supplies. I was supposed to move to an apartment across town but, that wasn't some place I wanted to be. Especially at night. I am looking for a safer place but, Im not having any luck. My Mother has invited us to stay in her home. I just can't burden anyone with my troubles.

HEY THERE EVERYONE!

I WAS PLAYING WITH MY DISTRESS INKS AND DECIDED TO MAKE SOME TAGS. OKAY, SO THE FIRST PICTURE IS ACTUALLY THE THIRD TAG. I MESSED UP ROYALY ON THE FIRST. THE SECOND IS DOWN BELOW AND I USED WHITE EMBOSS POWDER INSTEAD OF THE CLEAR, WHICH WAS AN ACCIDENT, LOL. I REALLY LIKE THE WAY THEY TURNED OUT ANYWAYS.

Shaped Card @ Anyone For Anya

Hey Ladies!

I would like to share with all of you a simple but, sweet acrd I made yesterday. This week at AFA is Shape card. I know plenty of you know how to make shaped cards. Every time I surf Blog Land, I see so many gorgeous shaped cards. I really do hope to see you all there.

Well for my card I used Labels 8 from Spellbinders and the Embossabilities. I had to remind you all of

SweetHeart Birgitta from the C.C. Designs Collection. She is so adorable and she doesn't have to be just for Valentine's Day. I added Tim Holtz Rock Candy to her Dress and hair bows. Then I wrapped a Prima in the feathery stuff, lol. I dont know what its called, can someone please let me know?

I have been sitting here with nothing to do because, all of my supplies were boxed up. I just had to pull some stuff back out! I am driving myself crazy with worry! The only way to keep my sanity is to craft. So, this is what I came up.

I just love the new Distress Paper from Tim Holtz. I finally used my My Mind Eye DP. I have been holding on to it forever. Doesnt this cute little C.C. just complete the card perfectly? I love her gown. I was going to paper piece but decided not to. Maybe next time, lol!

Monocromatic At Anyone For Anya

Hey There!

How are you all? Having a wonderful weekend I hope. I am just finishing up with my latest card. The challenge at AFA is Monocromatic! I hope I am spelling it right, lol. The object of this is to use a color scheme and one different color. Did that even make sense? Like I used Browns and orange as the other color. Okay, I think I am stressing to much on explaining and all I'm doing is confussing myself even further. Lmbo, How does that happen , hehehe.

So for this card, I went with Cow Emma from the C.C Designs Collection. She is so sweet with her little pumkin.

I went with the Martha Stewart Punch Around The Page set and Stickles. A thin ribbed ribbon and a little do hicky I found on the street. I new it would come in handy some day ;)

Well, I gotta get back to work on my Home Made Copic Cubbies. Let see how that turns out, lol. I found a tutorial on Youtube that I am anxious to try. Wish Me Luck!

I am just devastated

Today I went out on an erand came back by my house to pick up one of my daughters after practice. I left again for about an hour. We I arrived back home, I found my sliding glass door shattered! My DH walks in to make sure the prowlers were no longer inside. Lucky they had already fled the scene. But maid out with much of my belongings. I am just happy that none of us were here at the time.
I feel so awful. My poor Son was the biggest victim, his PS3 and PSP along with his games, were all gone. To top it off they made off with a flat screen. How do you do that to a child? My bedroom was ripped apart. My engagement rings were taken. Now a few days before my 12th Wedding Anniversary.
So Please excuse my if I have nothing to post for a while. I have to move right away. This is actually the second time in four months that this has happened. The last time it was just my Coach Bag out of my car in the garage!

This week at Anyone For Anya is Photo Inspiration. Isn't that exciting? I am always stepping out of the box with these Challenges. I went with a Nesties shape this week because, the image is so darn small. I didn't want the Mummy to get lost in the woods, lol. I think I made a funny (grinning).

Yeah it is a fairly simple card. I just stamped and Distressed the woods image then, cut out my little Anya Mummy and raised he a bit. So let me know what you think of my Spooky Card,lol.

I have just finished my Banner card for this weeks Challenge and it definitly was a Challenge for me! I just could not think out of the box. I really wanted a square card with a little banner on it. After maybe four sheets of DP, It hit me! Just make a single banner for your image to fit on, duh! So, that exactly what I did.

I used the *New* C.C. Desings Swiss Pixie SunFlower Lula. I think she is so sweet. She has one of the most adorable outfits of all.

Hello There Ladies!

How are you on this Lovely Hump Day? I am feeling Awesome! I get to Craft all day long and no one to bother me;) I get up, send the little ones off to school then, I clean. Not much to do if you stay on top of things so, I craft the rest of my day away. With the occasional meal, lol!

I am joining in the fun over at Sketch and Stash.
This is week 70 for them and they are allowing you to choose the sketch of your choice. How awesome is that? I chose sketch#2 for my card. I figured why not go way back, lol.
The stash I used was my Stella  and Rose Designer Paper. I have had this untouched pad for almost 8 months. I finally took one page from it. The little Blossoms are hand made with my new 1.99 punch from EK Success.

Birthday Card with Office Supplies

Hello Ladies! How was your week? Did you get alot done? Well, I have been going crazy at home. I have so many ideas and just can't seem to get them on cardstock,lol! Every time I get started on a card, I find myself rearranging my Crafting Area.

So, I put together this card for my Daughter. Her Birthday is tomorrow so that was my motivation to finish. Aahhh and I really like it!

First things first ,right? I used a Paper Clip, Staples, String and Ink, lol. Does that count? Okay I started with some DCWV DP. I punched 8 flowers, wet them, molded them, and Glimmer Misted them. Wah La, a pretty flower..

I used Tim Holtz, Shabby Shutters and Vintage Photo Distress ink for the Lace. I went with Fair-Wee Piper as my image and Copics for Coloring.Lastly, I used Tons of Stickles.

How is your hump day going? I hope you are all having a Wonderful week so far! What with all the Babies at school there is so much more time during the day to craft, Yah!!

This week at ATS the Challenge is to use Earth Tones on your card or project. I found that to be one of my most favorites by far. I am in the habbit of adding moss or lime or just green on almost all my cards.

I made a Surprise Pop Up card this week and I Love it! I found the tutorial on You-Tube.

All That Scraps Challenge Team Post

Hello Ladies!

Here is my card for this weeks ATS Challenge Team. I hope that maybe in some way I am able to inspire at least one of you wonderful Ladies. If not, I gave it my all, lol.

So for this week it is a Sketch and it is so much fun to work with. I had actually made more than one card. I wasn't quit sure which one to go with and here is the Winner.

I just love this DP! Very abstract and glittery. The colors are so much fun. It is a stack from Kand Company, Floral Dreams. This is definitly my favorite from that stack.

The two images I used are from C.C. Designs, aren't they just adorable?I colored them with my Copics.  I also added a hint of Stickles to their wings.

I used the Stanard Circles Dies From Spellbinders and MFT grass die.

Here is my latest card! It was made special for the Sketch and Stash Challenge. I rotated the sketch for a different look.

The Stash I used is my DCWV DP. I Love this stack and hate to use it because I might run out, lol. There are so many pretty patterns in the stack. It is called Lemon Flower and there is nothing sour about it.

The image I used is my favorite C.C. Designs image, Cute Birgitta! I love to play with her outfits. She lives up to her name because, she looks cute in anything she wears.

Tuesday Mourning Sketches #107

Hello Everyone! I am here to share with you my second card for the http://tuesdaymorningsketches.blogspot.com/
I had so much fun with the challenge last week, that I had to give it another have at it, lol!
This weeks sketch is great, not a whole lot of stress. I got threw it pretty easily and that's always a plus. I used one of the New Fair-wees from C.C. Designs because I don't own any Stamp Fairey images.
I spent the weekend in Morro Bay, California at a Softball Tourny with my friends and family. During the game wait I made a few Paper Flowers. I'm just glad I took Blue cardstock to use in this challenge, lol. I misted the flower with Shimmer Sparkle and they turned out Great. I'm just a little bummed that it doesn't really show.

Hey There All!
I had so much fun with this weeks challenge! We have to make Paper Button. For mine I used my standard circles Nesties. Using the smallest die, I cut and embossed my circle. Then using my Big Bite on the smaller punch, I made the wholes. I added Glossy Accent to give it a more realistic look. The DP is from DCWV. Most importantly the image is from the recent release of C.C.Designs. This image is called Pie Birgitta and I just Love her!
